The impact of global digitalization on production and export within the framework of the topic of the article means the introduction of digital technologies in the process of sequential production of goods of transport and agricultural machinery of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with subsequent export deliveries of their products. The relevance of this topic lies in the substantiation of the fact that digital technologies ensure the increasing efficiency of factories in the transport and agrotechnical industries. The purpose of this study is to generalize and substantiate national and international legal approaches in order to more quickly and successfully introduce digital tools into the activities of the relevant sections of the plants of the transport and agricultural engineering industry. This goal can be achieved through the industrial Internet of Things, Big Data, augmented reality, artificial intelligence systems, 3D printing. The authors of the article propose to solve by regulatory measures the emerging problems of the electric vehicle, machine-building industry in the form of electric cars, trucks, special machines, as well as problems whose solution will ensure the introduction of digitalization and automation in the production process of transport and agricultural engineering plants of the republic. The specificity of this scientific article is the use of such types of technical regulation of mechanical engineering problems as experimental legal regulation, regulatory sandbox, regulatory guillotine, regulatory accelerator.
