Trends in the development of hydrogen energy of the member countris of the Eurasian economic union

Within the framework of this article, with the goals of the state and monitoring of the development of hydrogen energy within the EAEU, and in the member countries of this integration, association of examples of international cooperation in hydrogen energy, an analysis of program and strategic documents and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus was carried out , the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan in the field of federal energy sources, as well as documents reflecting the hydrogen agenda of the EAEU. The absence in all EAEU member states, with the exception of Russia, of program and strategic documents, as well as the absence of a regulatory framework for hydrogen energy, was revealed. The necessity of developing special regulation and legislative consolidation of subsidizing measures in the field of hydrogen energy is indicated. The directions and formats of international cooperation of the EAEU member countries in this area are identified. The need for a clear definition of strategic planning horizons and the formation of a system of international legal regulation of hydrogen energy within the framework of this integration association was noted.
