Abstract

The issues of international cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic since its independence are discussed in this article. A brief review of international treaties where participates the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out. The principles of the introduction of foreign policy by the Kyrgyz Republic, the main concepts and directions, the procedure for the adoption of international norms and rules and their inclusion in national legislation by the Kyrgyz Republic are considered. The activities of the Kyrgyz Republic in the international arena in the field of human rights protection, environmental security, economy, trade and other areas are revealed. Much attention is paid to the introduction of the norms of international humanitarian law into the national legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Based on the information received, conclusions about the remaining gaps in the field of interaction between the Kyrgyz Republic and international organizations are drawn, a number of unresolved problems and issues are clarified. As a conclusion, possible ways of solving these issues are given, as well as recommendations regarding the participation of the Kyrgyz Republic in international treaties in the field of international state law are provided.
