Abstract

The article proves that the interaction of civilizations is a positive influence on the development of international law. The analysis of the experience of such interaction contributes to a more accurate interpretation and effective application of the norms and institutions of international law. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of differences in the approaches of the states of European and Asian civilizations to some organizational and institutional problems of the most important institutions of international law by the states of European and East Asian civilizations. Conclusions are drawn about the positive experience of the states of Asian civilization in law-making activities. Their achievements are highlighted for the perception of states of other civilizations.
