Dear Authors and Reviewers,
The Editorial Board of the Eurasian Journal of International Law would like to draw your attention to important information concerning the delivery of official emails sent from the journal’s website: https://eajil.enu.kz.
Due to technical restrictions imposed by the mail services mail.ru, yandex.ru, bk.ru, @inbox.ru, @list.ru, and other services within the Mail Group ecosystem, widespread problems with email delivery have been encountered:
- emails may not be delivered at all;
- emails may be redirected to the “Spam” or “Deleted” folders;
- communication may be disrupted during the stages of article submission, peer review, and editorial correspondence.
These issues are caused by strict filtering systems used by certain email providers, which may block automated notifications sent from the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform on which our journal operates.
Therefore, we strongly recommend the following:
- when registering on the platform, use a corporate email address (e.g., @enu.kz, @edu.kz, @kaznu.kz, etc.);
- alternatively, Gmail addresses (@gmail.com) may be used, as they correctly receive system notifications;
- avoid registering with email addresses ending in @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, @bk.ru, @inbox.ru, or @list.ru.
If you have already registered using a problematic email address, you can change your email address through your personal profile on the platform.
Sincerely,
The Editorial Board of the Eurasian Journal of International Law
