Abstract

Digital technologies are being introduced into all spheres of life, production, culture, science, technology, and management. The sphere of the fight against corruption, which is conducted both domestically and internationally, is no exception. Through digitalization, it is possible to establish appropriate barriers to corruption, in all its manifestations and forms. The report of the United Nations Development Program "New Technologies for Sustainable Development: prospects for using them to ensure integrity, trust and fight corruption" is one of the important, intellectual international documents, thanks to which domestic and international legal structures formulate and implement new directions in the fight against corruption. The article analyzes such digital means of assistance in the fight against corruption as blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI - for short), machine learning, Big Data analysis and other digital technologies. In each structural subdivision of the competent authorities of Kazakhstan, Interpol, Europol, departments (departments) of digital anticorruption tools should function, which should be staffed with highly qualified specialists.
