Some theoretical judgments about venture activities, new Kazakh laws and international conventions

Abstract

The article provides definitions and judgments about aspects of venture activity, within the framework of which discussions are given about the concepts of venture capital, venture funds, the process of venture financing, venture investment and other concepts related to venture activity. The similarities and differences between venture financing and venture investment are given. The legal relations between the subjects of venture activity and the subjects-organizers of venture activity and venture financing are analyzed in sufficient detail. Analytical judgments on venture activity in the Kazakh legislation are given, suggestions and recommendations on improving the norms of the legislation of the republic are given. A distinction is made between different types of financing, the place and role of venture financing in innovative projects are shown. Based on the above theoretical considerations, examples of new Kazakhstani laws and international conventions are given with some justifications that can be developed and adopted in the legal field of the republic and in the international arena.
