Abstract

The article analyzes the features and general patterns of legal regulation of artificial intelligence in states and integration associations. The question of the possibility or impossibility of granting artificial intelligence the status of a legal entity, in which it could act as a bearer of rights and obligations and be responsible for its obligations, is being studied.

To clarify these provisions, the article analyzed the current legal literature modeling the regulation of artificial intelligence, as well as existing norms and principles of national and regional legal bases.
