The article is devoted to the issue of implementing inclusive approaches in international space law. The purpose of this article is to conduct a comprehensive study of inclusive approaches to the implementation of space projects and programs at both the international and domestic levels.
To achieve this objective, the following tasks are set: to review and analyze theoretical sources, international instruments, and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan; to identify problematic aspects of the implementation of inclusive approaches in space activities; and to develop recommendations for resolving conflicts of law.
During the research, it is proposed to test the hypothesis as to whether the norms of UN international standards comply with the provisions of national legislation in the fields of space activities, the social sphere, and inclusive policy, using the Republic of Kazakhstan as a case study.
The results of the study will have practical significance for the further improvement of inclusive policy and the development of the space sector in Kazakhstan. The conducted research has shown that within the global space community, a trend toward promoting inclusive access to outer space for all, including persons with disabilities, is actively advancing. Today, the issue of states’ timely readiness not only to implement inclusive approaches but also to further develop their national space sectors as a whole is becoming increasingly relevant.
